  The Cayubabas NAME : Cristina Yambay Course: Secon "J" The Cayubabas are an Amerindian ethnic group from the Amazon of Bolivia established in the municipality of Exaltación in the province of Yacuma in the department of El Beni. LANGUAJE  Language Cayuvava (Cayubaba, Cayuwaba, Kayuvava) is an almost extinct language of Bolivia , in the region of Beni, west of the Mamore River, north of Santa Ana del Yacuma. The ethnic population is 650. Cayuvava (or Cayuvava ) is an isolated native American language spoken in the Bolivian Amazon, in the department of Beni. The language with fewer than 10 speakers from an ethnic population of 794 is almost extinct. Religion Religion There is a record of religious ceremonies being held in the central square of the villages, where the natives would gather dressed in luxurious cloaks and covered with feathers, in front of the temple to make a sacrifice to the gods.
